James Gue

James Gue – Birthday December 30, 1981

Born in Connecticut and lives in Alpharetta, Georgia and Daytona Beach, Florida

Coming from racing lineage, James and his brother are both drivers and have racing in their blood. Their parents own Essex racing and father and grandfather raced when they were younger.

Even though he raced in many different types of racing before, he didn’t start racing race cars full time until 2004. Through 2005 to 2009 he raced in the Grand Am KONI and Grand Am Rolex series.

We are excited to see James racing in the #41 Mazda RX8 car with Dempsey Racing and Team Seattle!

James Gué took a great start and was fastly at 3rd place. Charles Espenlaub was up to 9th to 7th place. My first impression was “it’s going to be an interesting race for the guys !”

Team Seattle finishes 7 at Daytona

Daytona International Speedway saw James Gué and Leh Keen fight to a seventh-place finish in the No. 41 Team Seattle/Global Diving/Dempsey Racing Mazda RX-8 GT while the No. 40 Share a Little Sunshine/Dempsey Racing Mazda RX-8 GT was knocked out of the race by a Daytona Prototype (DP) while contending for a possible top-five finish in Saturday’s Brumos Porsche 250 At Daytona.
